The rental flats are currently under construction and are expected to be completed by the end of 2026. Those interested can already sign up for the waiting list. However, this does not guarantee the right to sign a rental agreement.
A key element for all residents and tenants is the “people@Sixty2” community, which offers a wide range of activities. This initiative is being launched by Trockland in collaboration with interested residential and commercial tenants. It includes, for example, events that bring the neighbourhood together, joint activities and workshops where the community can exchange knowledge, skills and experiences.

After your initial email, our letting manager Luciana Amaral will ask you to send us the following information: completed self-disclosure form (we will provide you with a template), proof of income for the last three months, certificate of rent clearance from your previous landlord, SCHUFA credit report, and a copy of your ID card or passport.
The apartments are currently scheduled for completion in Q3/2026.

The lease agreement is based on an index-linked rent. The rent is tied to the Consumer Price Index (CPI) published by the Federal Statistical Office of Germany.
Yes. A security deposit equivalent to three months’ net cold rent is required upon signing the lease agreement.
Yes. The minimum lease term is 12 months.
Yes. All apartments come with a high-quality fitted kitchen equipped with Siemens appliances, including a stove with oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
Yes. The residential building is equipped with an elevator.
Yes. The building is equipped with fiber-optic cabling to provide high-speed internet connectivity.
