09 New Fitness Concept Arrives at Sixty2
Another tenant has joined Sixty2: a forward-thinking fitness studio operator will open a modern boutique studio spanning approximately 700 m² in the building’s basement. It is a perfect addition for future residents and visitors, further enhancing the location’s community.
08 Progress at Sixty2
Construction is moving ahead rapidly: all windows have now been installed, and the interior fit-out of the Limehome apartments has begun. In preparation, all materials were carefully selected and finalized in several coordination rounds together with the responsible teams. The goal: a modern, high-quality design that fully meets the high expectations of future residents.

On a beautiful summer day, many of our letting partners joined us for a Summer Rooftop Breakfast at Sixty2. With breathtaking views from the rooftop terrace, we presented project updates and enjoyed inspiring exchanges. The culinary highlight was provided by Kaffeekirsche, whose specialties added to the unique atmosphere of the morning.
06 Kaffeekirsche Expands to Sixty2
The popular Berlin coffee roastery Kaffeekirsche is adding a new location to its two sucessful cafés in the city — this time at Sixty2. On around 90 m², a welcoming new café space will open that enhances the daily life of residents, visitors, and the surrounding community.

Our sincere thanks go to our project partner Servisa as well as to all the trades whose dedication and expertise make the ambitious transformation of Sixty2 possible. Our vision becomes reality only through the united efforts of many committed partners.
04 Sixty2 Continues Transformation: Building Permit Granted for Section 2
Another key milestone for the Sixty2 transformation has been reached: the building permit for Section 2 of the second construction phase has now been approved. This includes the renovation and expansion along Waisenstraße, further strengthening the site’s flexible usage concept and completing Sixty2’s architectural vision.
03 Sixty2 Welcomes Limehome
We are pleased to welcome Limehome as the first tenant at Sixty2. The company will operate 130 design apartments across 4,500 m² along Stralauer Strasse, complementing Sixty2’s mixed-use concept.
02 Start of Construction Work
Extensive deconstruction work has started: the West Building is undergoing a complete transformation through a full refurbishment, an extension, and an additional new structure. With the expansion of areas into the courtyard and the addition of an extra setback floor, a total floor area of 7,200 m² is being created for a wide variety of uses.
01 Building Permit Granted: Launching the Transformation
The first key milestone in the visionary transformation of the existing 1975 office spaces, along with the development of a new apartment building by the renowned architectural office Tchoban Voss, has been achieved: the building permit has been granted.
