If you are interested in renting an apartment, please contact Luciana Amaral, our Letting Manager, directly: l.amaral@trockland.com

After your initial email, our letting manager Luciana Amaral will ask you to send us the following information: completed self-disclosure form (we will provide you with a template), proof of income for the last three months, certificate of rent clearance from your previous landlord, SCHUFA credit report, and a copy of your ID card or passport.

The apartments are currently scheduled for completion in Q3/2026.

The rental prices will soon be available on ImmoScout or upon request via email.

The lease agreement is based on an index-linked rent. The rent is tied to the Consumer Price Index (CPI) published by the Federal Statistical Office of Germany.

Yes. A security deposit equivalent to three months’ net cold rent is required upon signing the lease agreement.

Yes. The minimum lease term is 12 months.

Yes. All apartments come with a high-quality fitted kitchen equipped with Siemens appliances, including a stove with oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
