Depending on the size of the space, prices start from €32/m² plus ancillary costs and VAT.

There are flexibly divisible commercial and office spaces. The smallest unit starts at 320 m².

All available spaces are clearly listed on the Trockland rental page (https://trockland.com/makler-infos/sixty2/).

The commercial space is particularly suitable for office use, medical practices, medical or service-oriented uses and comparable commercial concepts.

The minimum term for a rental agreement is 5 years (fixed term).

The amount of the deposit is determined individually and based on the respective tenant’s creditworthiness.

The Sixty2 commercial spaces are expected to be ready for occupation from Q3/2026.

The space will be fitted out according to the tenant’s wishes and in agreement with the landlord in the following areas: Floor coverings, drywall partitions, sanitary facilities and kitchenette.

Special operating equipment is installed by the tenant.

Parking spaces for bicycles and cargo bikes are available at Sixty2. Car parking spaces are not available. The subway station Klosterstraße (U2) is located directly in front of the building and offers very good public transport connections.
